Recently, Ankai's five carefully crafted sample buses of different colors are about to arrive in Chile. This batch of vehicles is one of Ankai's classic models of the F7 series of 7.7 meters. The appearance is stylish and classic, the body lines are smooth, and the superior performance and driving comfort have achieved the unique quality of Ankai F7. It adopts Weichai WP4.1Q140E50 engine, LC6T540B six-speed gearbox, with strong power, smooth shifting, and good economy.

The engine compartment is moved forward, and the seat layout is more spacious. The seat spacing of 25+1 layout can reach 730mm, which greatly improves the riding comfort. The engine compartment has multiple soundproofing treatments, and the upper and lower soundproof materials plus the soundproof carpet of the engine compartment make lower noise in the bus .

Chilean roads are dominated by gravel roads and asphalt roads. The vehicle chassis adopts the JAC reinforced special passenger bus chassis and the structure of the less leaf spring suspension system, which makes the vehicle travel more reliable and smoother. The frame is integrally stamped to form the closed structure of the curved longitudinal beam, and the skin and the door are stamped with high precision and good smoothness. Aiming at the characteristics of mountainous areas in northern Chile, the vehicle is equipped with automatic clearance adjustment and WABCO ABS to make driving safer.

In view of the humid climate and high salinity in Chile, the whole vehicle adopts full immersion cathodic electrophoresis technology, and deepens high-quality anti-rust coating, uniform paint film, super salt spray, humidity and heat resistance, which are suitable for changing climate environment  and improve the anti-corrosion ability of the whole vehicle.

In addition, in response to customer needs, we have made some improvements for the models purchased in the American market, such as adding interior lighting to improve the reading effect in the bus，adding more steps to make getting on and off the bus more convenient for the elderly and the weak. The luggage compartment design increases the volume area of the bus. Details determine success or failure.
